Banner Golf League Members:
The 2012 season will begin on Saturday, April 7th!
This season Banner Country Club will again be operated by Chris Lewis and his staff.
The dates for May through the end of the season may have to change due to other tournaments at Banner. Updated schedules will be available at the Pro Shop throughout the season.
The membership fee will remain $150. This fee includes the following:
- A ghin number and a usga handicap
- Entry into all 29 scheduled tournaments
- Pro shop credit for any prize money won in league tournaments
- Greens fees at a reduced set rate
- 10% discount on all pro shop merchandise (excludes food and beverages)
- The year end banquet (meal, drinks, and prizes)
As always, the Banner Golf League is looking to expand its membership. As an incentive to all current members who introduce a new member into the league, they will receive a reduced membership fee of 50% off ($75.00) if the new member joins the league.
The Club Championship will consist of 3 rounds: 2 qualifying rounds declared by you to the pro shop prior to your round, and the final round which will be flighted and played rain or shine, unless the course closed due to the weather.
The Senior Club Championship (50 & OLDER) will consist of 2 rounds: 1 qualifying rounds declared by you to the pro shop prior to your round, and the final round played rain or shine, unless the course closed due to the weather.
2 Person Best Net Match Play Tournament is also a major tournament. Major tournament winners receive a reduced league membership fee for the following season.
